The purpose of the Clarifiers is to separate the solids from the liquid.

There are two Clarifiers of equal size.

The output of the Clarifiers are:
1. Clear liquid that flows to the disinfection process.
2. Solids that are returned for reprocessing or sent to the digester as 
   excess solids.
